But a hilarious Instagram video from @wally.meets.world shows a clingy Golden Retriever who has taken his recent training to heart. The overly emotional pup named Wally wants to lean into his human for a full embrace, all the time. And now, he absolutely refuses to stop doing it. And judging by the nearly 30,000 likes the clip picked up in less than 24 hours, plenty of people are now wishing they had a Wally of their own.

The clip starts right on the living room couch where Wally sits next to his mom. Suddenly, the big pup leans directly into her and rests his face right against hers. On-screen text explains that his owner taught him how to hug, and now it is literally all he does. Mom instantly leans forward to plant a sweet kiss on his nose.
